Swallowtail Farm CSA
Did you know...
Swallowtail Farm has a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program that delivers farm-fresh, biodynamically grown produce each week of the school year. That's 33 weeks of healthy food, grown locally, using sustainable agricultural practices!
33 Weeks Over 3 Seasons
In the Fall, you can expect tomatoes, potatoes, summer squash, corn, melons, herbs, carrots, beets & beans [Sept. 13-Dec. 13]
In the Winter, you can expect winter squashes, greens, potatoes, garlic, onions, and other root vegetables. [Jan. 10-Mar. 21]
In the Spring, you can expect LOTS of greens, any holdovers from winter, plus peas, dried beans, and preserved fruits. [Apr. 4-June 6]
Boxes also feature seasonal fruits and nuts from local partner farms.
