Swallowtail Farm has a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program that delivers farm-fresh, biodynamically grown produce throughout the school year? That's 30 weeks of healthy food for your family from September to May, grown locally and using sustainable agricultural practices!
The Swallowtail CSA is a great addition for a busy family during the school year, or anyone who wants a steady stream of fresh produce through fall, winter, and spring. At an average cost of $30/week, you’ll be making an investment in the health of your family with a weekly box of delicious, fresh vegetables. At the same time, you’ll play a role in creating a healthy food web in our local community and supporting the responsible stewardship and restoration of local agricultural land.

30 Weeks Over 3 Seasons
The Swallowtail CSA is split into three seasons – fall, winter, and spring. Sign up for a season or get all three for a better value when you sign up for a Full School Year share. Throughout the seasons, what you get in your box will change, but you can expect to get produce like this in a given season:

How Many People Does a Box Feed?
A full share is ideal for a family of 3-5 and includes 7-10 items each week. A half share is a good choice for 1-2 people and features 4-5 items each week.

Sign up today and reserve your spot! A variety of payment plans are available; an initial payment, determined by your payment plan, is due two weeks prior to the first drop date of your share season.
The Swallowtail CSA is open to everyone! CSA shares are packed on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week.
Swallowtail School Members: Pick up at Main Campus (Cornelius) or Farm Campus (Hillsboro) on Thursdays after 1:30 pm
Public Subscribers: Pick up at Farm Campus (Hillsboro) on Thursdays after 1:30 pm
We also have several private pick-up locations in Hillsboro and Beaverton - if you are unable to pick up at the Farm on Thursdays, contact us to see if one of these other locations might be available.
Vegetables are planted, grown, harvested, washed, and weighed by Noah Marquis, Swallowtail Farm Steward, with help from a seasonal intern and Swallowtail students of all ages.
