Our strategic plan is developed in a collaborative visioning process, in which the Board and Faculty leadership gather input from all stakeholders. In developing our current strategic plan, the entire community engaged in visioning work to identify the areas that felt most essential to Swallowtail School and those that should be priorities for development and growth over the coming years. We called these our Areas of Focus, and for each area we developed a “Guiding Vision” to help us maintain focus and alignment as we planned for the future. With these visions in place, we generated specific goals towards which we will work over the next 3 years.

In addition to our Strategic Plan, we release an annual report each year to give an update on the progress of the school towards our goals and our general financial standing. Check back here each fall for updates.
